Zambujeira do Mar is a small fishing village with a feeling of great peace and tranquillity. The beautiful beaches are one of the main attractions for the many visitors that come here, particularly in the summer, because of the region’s well preserved natural conditions and its excellent facilities for water sports. Nature tourism and sport are amongst the most popular activities in this region, which is integrated into the Nature Park of the South-West Alentejo and the Costa Vicentina.
