Located on the east side of Sintra, the Vale de Galamares Golf Club is a golf school which was founded in 1998 and is American in concept. It has as its setting the beautiful landscape of the Serra de Sintra. Designed for those who are in the early golf learning stage and wish to practise, the clubhouse is situated in a property of about 30,000 m2. Facilities include a floodlit driving range, putting green, short game area and chipping area; teaching facilities are available and clubs can be hired.
