This 6,337 metre par 72 course was designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones and is regarded as one of the most challenging in Portugal. The famous golf architect described the third hole, running along the beach, as one of the holes on his ‘ideal’ course. With the back drop of the Arrabida mountain range and the blue Atlantic, this is a golfers’ paradise. Facilities include a driving range, two putting greens, a short game practice area with bunker, golf shop, bar, restaurant and tennis courts. Hand trolleys, buggies and clubs can be hired. Normal approach is from Setubal by car ferry.
