The smallest beach in Oeiras and located between the São Julião da Barra Fort and the Ocean swimming pool, Torre Beach has calm waters and is sheltered and ideal for children. The beach is used for football. Sea conditions are suitable for surfing and body boarding. Lifeguards are on duty in season, parking is available and there are facilities for the disabled. The average seawater temperature in summer is 17-19 ºC, there are good bars, cafes and restaurants and umbrellas can be hired.
