Located in Costa da Caparica, only 20 km from Lisbon, the Thalasso Centre offers a full range of facilities and treatments. A visit begins with an evaluation by one of the Centre’s qualified specialists, from which an individual programme is prepared. The specialist staff includes hydrotherapists and physiotherapists. Amongst the treatments on offer, the Aqua Medic is popular; this involves immersion treatment with localised jets of seawater and a personalised aesthetic programme. The facilities available include a seawater swimming pool, hydro-massage baths, power showers, sun beds and saunas. The treatments offered include aquatic gymnastics, pressure-therapy, seaweed and beauty treatments.
