Located about 8 km northeast of Santa Maria da Feira, set in a heritage site of great natural beauty, the São Jorge Spa is fully equipped with all modern facilities for its centuries-old baths. The water is chrorinated, bicarbonated, sodic, fluorinated and siliceous with a pH level of 8.55. There are programmes for both preventive and regenerative treatment for rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases, skin diseases and dermatological pathologies and diseases of the respiratory system. The facilities include a thermal swimming pool, aquatic treadmill, gymnasium and a full entertainment programme. The spa is open almost all the year round.
