The 18th century church of St Francis has a relatively unimpressive façade, but a richly decorated interior. Tiled blue and white panels depict scenes from the life of the patron saint and extensive use is made of gilt woodwork. The main altar and the eight sectioned dome over the transept are decorated in elaborate rococo style carving and the vault has a panel depicting the Coronation of the Virgin. There are also 18th century paintings related to the life of St Francis and a collection of mannequins used in processions.
