Rustitur seeks to promote the natural and historic heritage, the gastronomy, traditional products and handicrafts of the region. They operate a range of facilities that may be adapted to differing types of getaways, objectives, sites and levels of difficulty. Activities include: the thrill of seeing Évora from the air in a balloon, cycling to take a leisurely look at the beauty of the countryside, taking to the water in a canoe. For the more energetic or adventurous, they organise walking trips, orienteering, target shooting and off-roading.
