The Royal Golf Course is counted amongst the best 100 golf courses in Europe. It is much more difficult than the neighbouring Ocean Course. There are more water hazards and sand traps and its holes are generally longer. Originally designed by Sir Henry Cotton, Rocky Roquemore added some truly unforgettable holes, such as the famous sixteenth, a par 3 requiring a shot of 218 metres over three spectacular cliffs to reach the green. The Royal is also one of the most photographed courses due to its outstanding beauty. Facilities: Driving Range, Putting Green, Pitching Area (with bunkers),Trolleys, Buggies, Club Hire, Pro-shop, Roving Buggy Bar, Restaurant and Bar.
