Praia dos Aveiros is a fairly small beach, surrounded by cliffs and is highly regarded for its excellent diving conditions. Close to Oura Beach, the major recreational centre on this stretch of the coast, Aveiros Beach is reached via the stairway next to Hotel Auramar. This EEC Blue Flag beach has all the support infrastructures necessary including a restaurant, parking, showers and sunshade rental. The beach is supervised during the bathing season and has average summer seawater temperature of 20-23 ºC.
