Praia do Nascedios is one of the many beautiful stretches of sand along this coastline that collectively are known as Malhão Beach. Falling within the protected beauty of the Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina Natural Park, Praia do Nascedios attracts body boarders and surfers due to the impressive waves. The beach is calm and rarely crowded. There is parking nearby and the beach is supervised during the bathing season. The average seawater temperature in summer is 17-18ºC.
