This beach is very peaceful and feels somewhat like the end of the world, possibly due to the absence of vehicles in the surrounding countryside because cars have to be parked roughly 500 metres from the beach. The narrow path to the beach runs along one of the most beautiful valleys in the region. The beach nestles between warm-coloured cliffs, and at the eastern end are the ruins of a 16th-century fortress. The shingle is also used here by bathers to build semicircular shelters that serve as windbreaks. The beach has no support facilities, but its beauty makes it worthwhile.
