Just beyond the village of Raminho, stretching for about 3 km along the coastal road, the Ponta do Raminho with its steep coastline rewards visitors with its beauty. It has a famous Miradouro, a viewpoint at about 100 metres above sea level that offers magnificent views over the northwest coast, with the blue and white of the ocean and the green and black of the patchwork-like pastureland dominating the landscapes. For anyone who enjoys close contact with nature, a well-equipped camping site has recently been installed in this area.
