Paramos Beach is located south of Espinho and Silvade beach and can only be reached by crossing through the Espinho Aerodrome runway, requiring due attention to signals. The small village of Paramos retains the charm of a typical fishing community and the natural prevailing conditions on this large beach have gained it a good reputation with surfers and body boarders. There are lifeguards on duty in season, bar, café and restaurant facilities and the average seawater temperature in summer is 16-18 ºC.
