Described as the jewel in the crown of Algarve golf, the Frank Pennink designed course of Palamares enjoys a beautiful location with magnificent views of the bay of Lagos and the distant Monchique hills. Five of the 18 holes are situated on the sand dunes of the Meia Praia beach. The remaining 13 holes are laid out among gently undulating hills. From the veranda of the clubhouse, set between holes 9 and 10, the view covers 25 km of Atlantic Ocean coast. Facilities: Driving Range, Putting and Chipping Green, Trolleys, Buggies, Club Hire, Pro-shop, Restaurant, Bar and Snack bar.
