The Oeiras Marina or, Porto de Recreio de Oeiras, to give it its proper name, is a purpose made yacht harbour opened in 2006. It has moorings for 274 boats up to 25 metres in length. The facilities are excellent with bars, restaurants and shops just a few feet from where the boats are moored and only a short walk from the centre of Oeiras. The complex also includes the salt water swimming pool, the Piscina Oceânica de Oeiras.
