Odivelas Dam is located close to the village of the same name and is one of the most picturesque areas of the Alentejo. On the banks of the dam there is a wonderful beach area with good facilities, including a restaurant, canoe hire, paddle boats, windsurfing, horse riding and bicycles. Motorised water sports, such as water skiing, are not permitted, so the tranquillity of the setting is guaranteed. This is an ideal spot for the entire family and is conveniently located for visitors from Cuba, Alvito and Torrão.
