Opened in 1945, this 5,313 metres, par 69, championship course has been host to the Portuguese Open on 20 occasions. Set amongst eucalyptus, pine and mimosa trees it was designed by the well known Mackenzie Ross. It has an excellent clubhouse with superb views, as well as the normal facilities such as a pro shop, bar, swimming pool and top class restaurant. The other facilities include a putting green, 9 hole course and a driving range. Caddies are available and clubs, trolleys, electric trolleys and buggies can be hired.
