The beautiful Cepćes Beach is surrounded by dunes and is part of the Litoral de Esposende Protected Landscape. Whilst suitable for surfing, body boarding and sailing, beware of the underwater rocks, particularly at the northern end. This is an EEC blue flag beach with lifeguards on duty in season and facilities for the disabled. The average seawater temperature in summer is 15-17 ŗC. Parking is available, umbrellas can be hired, and there are bars, cafes and restaurants.
