The Capela do Senhor dos Passos (Chapel of the Lord of the Stations of the Cross) is a small chapel typifying the unassuming style of local architecture. The plainness of the building is enlivened by the fact of its having two bell-towers. Although the exterior doesn’t invite notice, the interior is the complete opposite, being richly embellished with gilded carvings. In addition to some interesting works of art, there is also a life-size statue of Christ.
