The Caia Dam, and its artificial lake, has become of the most beautiful tourist spots in this region. Whether it is simply to walk or cycle to take in the superb countryside, or you want to relax at the river beach, the dam has something for everyone. Fishing and water sports enthusiasts are welcome as the dam also allows swimming, canoeing and windsurfing.
