The tiny but beautiful Azarujinha Beach is located to the east of Poça beach on the Avenida Marques Leal. It is in a small cove surrounded by cliffs, giving a feeling of intimacy. Access is down steps from the promenade, which is linked directly with the São João do Estoril railway station. Lifeguards are on duty in season and the average seawater temperature in summer is 17-19 ºC. There are bars, cafes and restaurants. Umbrellas can be hired.
